Meet the Founder
Watershed was founded by Russo Chechelashvili, a Georgian-Canadian based in London with a background spanning law, insurance and business strategy across Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom. Russo holds a Master's in Business Management from Harvard University and undergraduate degrees in Political Science from the University of British Columbia and McGill University.
Throughout her own global career, Russo relied heavily on the communities around her. Watershed is the formalisation of that resource, built so that others crossing between the UK and Canada have exactly what they need to do it with confidence.
